The Gut and Skin Clinic

Red Vein Removal at Dublin Vitality Center

Using an advanced combination of IPL Laser and diathermy, it is possible to achieve remarkable improvements to red veins, thread veins and rosacea, and overall facial redness. Very often these unsightly red skin blemishes do not originate in the upper dermal layer, but in gut. Whilst some clinics might attempt removal, Dublin Vitality Centre approaches red veins in an entirely more holistic fashion. Firstly, our programmes work. They are tried, and tested over 15 years. But also, they aim to eradicate reoccurance of red veins, thread veins, and rosacea by clearing, planting and harmonising gut wellness.

What causes red veins, thread veins, and rosacea?

The root cause of red veins, thread veins and rosacea may be varied. Certainly age, outdoor activities, alcohol consumption, and hereditary factors should but considered. But, also gut health has an influence on this skin condition.
At Dublin Vitality Centre, red veins that are caused by gut and skin disbiosis are tackled through co-ordinated treatment led strategies, and followed up with colonics, food intolerance testing and supplementation that can combat or dramatically lessen chances of re-occurance.

What is the best treatment for facial red veins in men and women?

There are two highly effective treatments that work to remove red veins, broken veins and thread veins on the face. One is IPL Laser and one is diathermy. Very often a combination of both of these is used at Vitality Centre to achieve optimal results.

Why are a combination of IPL Laser and Diathermy used for facial Red Vein Removal?

Very often advanced red veins on the face consist of two issues. One of these is the veins themselves. The other is the redness known as rosacea. If you can see the thread veins as individual lines, they can be treated with diathermy. But if you also see general redness, then IPL laser is required in combination with diathermy. Most people dont have one or the other but a combination of both. Turbo Vein Buster uses a combination of both diathermy and IPL laser treatments to achieve maximum results. For those with advanced broken capillaries and redness, we offer this unique and exclusive skin programme which combines the highest grade and most effective IPL Laser with Diathermy. This programme is called TURBO VEIN BUSTER. Over the course of 5 treatments, expect dramatic improvements in both redness and capillaries. You will be recommended to use co-enzyme Q10 topical serum which is provided in clinic.

TURBO VEIN BUSTER

Turbo Vein Buster is the name of our signature red vein busting treatment. It combines IPL Laser with diathermy for the most effective red vein removal treatment for men and women.    The most advanced treatment for both red veins and overall redness of the face.

WHAT CAUSES RED BROKEN VEINS ON THE FACE?

Who knew that gut health problems like constipation can be indicated in the red veins that we often see about the face. Certain skin types are also naturally prone to red veins including but not exclusive to pale celtic skin.      Very often the first signs of aging are unsightly broken veins and capillaries around the nose and cheeks. These small red veins often become more apparent over time. They often  cannot be covered up by makeup. The presence of small veins and capillaries cause distress to many people. The treatment of telangiectasia by diathermy or IPL or indeed a combination of both is the very best method for the removal of broken capillaries on the face, according to our experience. Spider thread veins Telangiectasia is the correct name for the small red veins that appear on the nose and cheeks. Spider telangiectasia (spider naevi or stellate angioma) respond very well to treatment by short-wave diathermy and redness responds to IPL laser exceptionally well.

Areas affected are mainly the face, particularly the nose, cheeks, neck, lips, and legs. Spider naevi and Campbell de Morgan spots are also found on the torso. These red veins often appear during pregnancy and rarely heal by themselves. Red veins are commonly caused by drinking alcohol, working outdoors, smoking. They can also be genetic.

Spider Red Veins are thin-walled tubes with little muscle and a poor elastic component to their walls. Diathermy cuts these tiny veins so that blood can no longer enter into them. The cut vein then clots and the blood inside coagulates and the red vein disappears almost instantly.

IPL Laser is an excellent treatment for those seeking to reduce general redness of the face and red veins known as rosacea.  At Vitality Centre Grafton Street, we use Lynton Laser technology. IPL laser by Lynton Lasers provides spectacular skin solutions. Advancements in aesthetic skin technology mean that it is now possible to deliver the most advanced pain-free laser IPL laser red vein and photo rejuvenation solutions around. At Vitality Centre, we have over 10 of experience specialising in non-surgical skin and body treatments to ensure you achieve the very best facial red vein removal  solution for your skin problems.
